1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains what information Followers Analyzer ("we", "us") collects when you use followers-analyzer.com (the "service"), how we use it, and your choices. The service is operated by FOP Ivanchenko Volodymyr Borysovych (ФОП Іванченко Володимир Борисович), Dnipro, Ukraine.

In short: your Instagram follower and following lists are processed in your browser and never leave your device. There are no user accounts. We only collect limited technical information, and your email address if you buy a pass.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Instagram Data You Upload

When you select your Instagram data export (a ZIP file you download from Instagram), it is unpacked and analyzed entirely in your browser. The resulting follower and following lists, including other people's Instagram usernames, are saved only in your browser's storage on your device. They are never sent to our servers. We do not collect data directly from Instagram, and we never ask for your Instagram password.

2.2 Technical Information

To keep the service working and fix problems, we collect:

  • The name of the uploaded file (which may include your Instagram username), its size, and the list of files inside it
  • The number of followers and accounts you follow, and how many entries you export to CSV
  • Error details when a file cannot be processed
  • Your IP address, browser type, and device information
  • Usage events, such as when you upload a file, open the results, or start a payment

2.3 Payment Information

When you buy a pass, we collect your email address and store it with the payment details (amount, date, and transaction ID). Your card details are entered on our payment provider's page and never reach us.

2.4 Browser Storage and Cookies

We store your results, the number of analyses on your device, and your pass status in your browser's storage. If you open an access link from your email, a cookie keeps that session. Google Analytics also uses cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

3. How We Use Information

  • To show your results in your browser
  • To grant your pass and restore it on other devices through a link sent to your email
  • To respond to your requests, including refund requests
  • To fix problems and improve the service
  • To understand how the service is used, in aggregate

We do not send marketing emails.

4. Service Providers

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the providers that operate the service for us:

  • Google Firebase App Hosting (Google) — hosts the website
  • Supabase — database for payment records, and sending access-restore emails
  • monobank (JSC Universal Bank) — processes payments
  • Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) — error and diagnostic logging
  • Google Analytics (Google) — website usage statistics

These providers process information on our behalf under their own data protection terms.

5. Data Retention

  • Follower and following lists stay in your browser until you clear your browser's data for this site
  • Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for troubleshooting and are deleted automatically by our logging provider
  • Payment records and the related email address are kept as long as required by accounting and tax laws

6. Data Security

We use HTTPS and reputable providers to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (for example, in the EU, EEA, or UK), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Because your follower lists never leave your device, you can delete them yourself at any time by clearing your browser's data for this site.

8. Children

The service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
