  2. Click Create export and select your Instagram profile.
  3. Click Export to device.
  4. Click Customize information, select only Followers and following, then click Save.
  5. Set the date range to All time, choose JSON format, and click Start export.
  6. Download the ZIP archive and upload it to this website.
